Shipping and Delivery

Dimpflmeier Bakery is proudly based in Canada We ship orders across the United States and to most regions in Canada. All shipments are handled by third-party delivery services, which include major national couriers in Canada and FedEx Ground and Priority shipping services for customers in the United States.

While we do our best to dispatch orders in a timely manner and provide accurate shipping estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather disruptions, customs processing, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping provider. As such, we are not liable for any delays, mis deliveries, lost packages, or damage that may occur during transit. If you experience an issue with the delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for support. We will do our best to assist, but please understand that we have no direct control over third-party logistics operations.

 

International Orders and Duties

If you are ordering from the United States or any location outside Canada, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These are determined by your local government or border services, and we do not calculate or collect these charges at the time of checkout.

We do not cover or reimburse any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar costs. These are solely the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions regarding these charges before placing an order.

 

Accuracy of Shipping Information

It is your responsibility as the customer to provide accurate shipping details at checkout. Please double-check your address, including apartment or suite numbers, postal/ZIP code, and contact phone number. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

Third-Party Carriers and Liability

All deliveries are handled by independent shipping companies. While we partner with reliable carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or take responsibility for delays once the package has left our facility.

Examples of factors that may impact delivery include, but are not limited to:

Weather events and natural disasters
Customs inspection delays
Increased shipping volume during holidays
Labor disruptions or carrier issues

We are committed to working with you in the event of a shipping issue, but we are not liable for lost or late shipments caused by circumstances beyond our control. If you believe your package has been lost, please first contact the shipping carrier. We will assist as much as possible, but we do not reimburse for missed delivery estimates or late arrivals.
