Order Cancellations and Modifications
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order is processed, and we are unable to make changes or accept cancellations.
Please ensure all information — including delivery address, items ordered, and contact details — is accurate before confirming your purchase. Mistakes may result in failed deliveries or additional shipping charges, for which we are not responsible.
Pick -up orders : Customers who choose in-store pickup must collect their orders from our outlet store located at 26 Advance Road, Etobicoke, Ontario within 10 business days from the time the pickup notification is sent.
Please note: If an order is not collected within this 10-business-day period, it will be automatically cancelled without any refund. Our bakery is not responsible for notifying customers beyond the initial pickup notification. Perishable items will not be stored beyond the pickup window.
Refunds, Replacements, and Issue Resolution
Because our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including customer preference, shipping delays, or minor imperfections.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we are happy to offer a replacement. To initiate a replacement request, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Replacements are granted at our sole discretion and only after sufficient documentation has been reviewed. If we approve your request, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost to you. We reserve the right to decline a replacement request if the evidence is incomplete, if the issue is due to incorrect address or customer handling, or if the claim is submitted after the 48-hour window.
Please note that we may request the return of defective products in some cases. Return shipping instructions will be provided if required.
Accuracy of Shipping Information
It is your responsibility as the customer to provide accurate shipping details at checkout. Please double-check your address, including apartment or suite numbers, postal/ZIP code, and contact phone number. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.
Third-Party Carriers and Liability
All deliveries are handled by independent shipping companies. While we partner with reliable carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or take responsibility for delays once the package has left our facility.

We are committed to working with you in the event of a shipping issue, but we are not liable for lost or late shipments caused by circumstances beyond our control. If you believe your package has been lost, please first contact the shipping carrier. We will assist as much as possible, but we do not reimburse for missed delivery estimates or late arrivals.
