    We currently use Canada Post and FedEx for shipping in Canada and FedEx for all shipments to the USA.

    FedEx is available in both Ground and Priority shipping.

    If you live on the West coast or Southern USA, we highly recommend selecting Priority as this will ensure arrival within the same week that it is shipped.

    The freshest rye bread in the world! This stuff stays fresh and freezes nicely. Can keep it frozen for 6 months and then it still tastes as fresh as day 1 from the oven. I often make my way down to the bakery/plant from Ottawa to stock up.
